About us
We began at one location in January, 2008 and we have grown to  serve 8 locations in Broomfield, Lafayette and Westminster with Zumba classes offered at many convenient times for our participants.  Our goal is to continue to expand among the North Denver Metro Area.

Our Instructors
Our instructors are all certified Zumba instructors and are trained to give you a fun, exciting and safe workout.  See the instructor link for information about individual instructors.

Programs
Currently we offer Zumba and Zumba Gold class formats.  We are also able to offer Zumba kids.

Specialized programs:

We also offer on-site classes.  Do you work in a location that can  accommodate a fitness class?  We also do corporate or private events.  We also provide 4, 6 or 8 week training programs on-site.  In addition we do on-site school fitness programs for teachers and/or students.   Email or call for a quote. 

Community work:

Do you have a non-profit event that you would like to have Zumba participate in?  Contact me, we love to give the gift of Zumba.
